" God takes care of His own. He knows our needs. He anticipates our crises. He is moved by our weaknesses. He stands ready to come to our rescue. And at just the right moment He steps in and proves Himself as our faithful heavenly Father."
Charles R. Swindoll

It seems that God always moves in my life "just in the knick of time". I've often wondered why He seems to wait so long. Why do we need to even get in the situation of a crisis? Why doesn't He meet our needs before we reach that stage? I think the answer lies in two things. Firstly, we need to use the gifts and talents - the strengths - He has given us because it may be in those that our answer is found. Secondly, when we no longer have the strength, we are at a point of weakness and we need to then look to His abundant strength. A baby will never learn to walk if its parent doesn't let it risk a fall.

You may be feeling like your steps are faltering but remember that God is always watching and caring for you and he moves "at just the right moment."

Be encouraged by James 1:2 - 4

"Consider it pure joy, my bothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, no lacking anything."

Yours in Christ,
